Each concierge partner manages local operations independently and receives 100% of the proceeds from you. They contribute 5% of the proceeds to the cost of the website administration and overhead, and an additional 5% to an insurance pool.

Hopefully, you will never encounter an unexpected event during travel, but if you do, the funds in the insurance pool will be used to reimburse you for up to $100 of your loss.
